About the Role:
As a Community Manager at Platform Universal, you will be instrumental in fostering and growing our online and offline communities. You will leverage your expertise in community building, social media management, and data analysis to create engaging experiences that drive meaningful connections and advance our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Building & Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster inclusive and engaged communities across various platforms, including LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Facilitate meaningful interactions, discussions, and collaborations among clients and community members.
- Proactively engage with clients and community members, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Social Media & Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Utilize social media tools and community platform management systems to streamline workflows and enhance community engagement.
- Research, Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize research and data to analyze community engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage community and analytics tools to track performance, measure impact, and generate insightful reports.
- Use data-driven insights to refine community strategies and optimize engagement efforts.
- Conducting research on best strategies to engage clients and funding opportunities.
- Social Impact Alignment:
- Ensure all community initiatives and activities align with Platform Universal’s mission and commitment to social impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote social impact initiatives and amplify their reach.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Demonstrated proficiency in using community management tools (Google Groups).
